Potatoes are great and can be used in so many ways. They can be boiled, fried, mashed, smashed and baked. Another thing you can do with potatoes is to extract the starch to produce a plantbased binder. That's what we did when we developed a new and unique material, made partly of potato starch - Bio Dunicel®.
